​Booking Policy


  • New clients are REQUIRED to submit a photo of themselves along with a valid piece of Government issued photo ID with a visible address (ie. Drivers License, Age of Majority Card, Passport)

  • Please indicate on form if appointment will take place at an address that differs from your home address

  • Health history forms must be completed prior to appointment

  • Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE


Cancellation Policy


In the case of cancellation of an existing appointment, you are allowed up to 48 hours to do so without penalty. A fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within less than 48 hours notice.

Payment Policy

Payments are to be made with Debit, Credit or Cash (no eTransfers). A Square Terminal will be provided to those who prefer to pay by machine. Clients who book online can opt to have their card saved on file and charged immediately after the appointment.
