Booking Policy:

NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

Health history forms must be completed prior to appointment

Clients are required to save a card on file when booking online - card will be charged if payment is not made with Cash or e-transfer

Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE

Clients booking appointments in Courtice, Oshawa, Brampton and Mississauga will be required to pay a $20 Travel Fee (not applicable to Mobile Post Op appointments)
Cancellation Policy:
In the case of cancellation of an existing appointment, you are allowed up to 24 hours to do so without penalty. A fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment Policy:
Payments are to be made with Debit, Credit, AMEX, Cash or eTransfer (for packages).
Clients are required to save a card on file when booking and it will be charged immediately after the appointment.
Clients are expected to cover any unpaid amounts after claim submissions.
