Policy

​Booking Policy​

  • NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

  • Health history forms must be completed prior to appointment

  • ​Clients are requied to save a card on file when booking online - card will be charged if payment is not made with Cash or e-transfer

  • Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Clients booking appointments in Courtice, Oshawa, Brampton and Mississauga will be required to pay a $20 Travel Fee (not applicable to Mobile Post Op appointments)


Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation of an existing appointment, you are allowed up to 24 hours to do so without penalty. A fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.​

Payment Policy​

Payments are to be made with Debit, Credit, AMEX, Cash or eTransfer (for packages).

Clients are required to save a card on file when booking and it will be charged immediately after the appointment.

​

Clients are expected to cover any unpaid amounts after claim submissions​.​
